This app is so frustrating and hard to use! Very fussy and difficult to get in if heaven forbid you forget your password, or get a new phone. I get the security aspect of it, I just wish it actually worked! I dont have time to call to get my account unlocked every time I have a problem getting in. Too bad they don't have 2-step verification like the rest of the world...that would solve every issue I've had with this app!

Tried to set up online account to access my savings. Doesn't give me that option.

constant issues, bill pay is now missing since i paid bills last month, what the heck how to pay them now? what do we do when yhis stuff keeps happening!!!

Quickly check account balances on the go, just waiting for them to add mobile deposit and this will be a perfect banking app

It automatically wants username and password yet does not give option to create one. Useless.
