"This app is so frustrating and hard to use! Very fussy and difficult to get in if heaven forbid you forget your password, or get a new phone. I get the security aspect of it, I just wish it actually worked! I dont have time to call to get my account unlocked every time I have a problem getting in. Too bad they don't have 2-step verification like the rest of the world...that would solve every issue I've had with this app!"
